The PVI Aluminum Hitch Cargo Carrier is a great cargo carrier. The TrekAway MT4000 is made out of aluminum and has a very high weight limit of 350lbs. The aluminum cargo carrier is completed welded and no assembly is required. The underframe is made from steel to achieve a higher weight capacity but does not affect the weight of the carrier greatly. The entire hitch carrier is powder coated black to be corrosion resistant against rain, rocks or snow. Slip resistant traction tape is also placed onto the loading platform of the carrier to prevent any cargo from sliding while the vehicle is in motion.

PVI creates a great product, little to no maintenance is required. This cargo carrier does require 2" hitch to use. Keep in mind the weight rating of the hitch and the vehicle that the cargo carrier is being used on.
